Men’s Track Student-Athlete of the Week
Keola Sanchez I Pacific Lutheran University| JR | Waipahu, Hawaii| Kapalama
Won the 100-meter dash at the ED Boitano Invite in a PR time of 10.99 while placing fourth in the 200. His time in the 100 is the fastest in the NWC this season and ranks 12th in the nation.
Men’s Field Student-Athlete of the Week
Masum Real I Pacific Lutheran University| JR | Tacoma, Wash. | Franklin Pierce
Won the shot put and discus and the Ed Boitano Invite and finished 6th in the hammer throw. Real's toss of 52' 1" in the shot put is the best throw in D3 during the outdoor season and ranks 18th nationally amongst all levels of college track & field. Real additionally owns the best discus mark in D3 (149' 9") and sits 31st in the nation amongst all levels of collegiate competition.
