Men’s Track Student-Athlete of the Week
Colin Monaghan | Puget Sound | SR | Distance | Puyallup, WA | Puyallup
The two-time NWC defending champ in the 10K became the first Logger in school history to run the 10K in less than 30 minutes. He crossed the finish line in 29:52.78 during the Ed Boitano Invitational, which currently ranks first in NCAA DIII.
Men’s Field Student-Athlete of the Week
Ethan Kassebaum | George Fox | JR | Jumps | Oregon City, OR | Oregon City
Kassebaum leads the conference in the long jump and triple jump after competing at the Linfield Icebreaker. He set the standard for the long jump at 22' 1.75" (6.75m) and the bar for the triple jump is currently set at 43' 0.25" (13.11m). Both marks are in the top 10 nationally.
