Davis & Olson-Uderitz Named NWC Women’s Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week

The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Women’s Lacrosse for the week of April 14th through April 20th.

Women’s Lacrosse- Offense- Student-Athlete of the Week

Lana Davis contributed in key areas for the Bruins in their back-to-back 20-goal wins. In Fox’s game against Pacific Lutheran, Davis scored four goals and recorded a career-high nine assists, tying for the second-most single-game assists in program history, to help the Bruins to a 23–3 victory. She also won 10 draw controls and added six ground balls in the contest. In the Bruins’ 25–4 win over Puget Sound, the senior midfielder scored five goals on seven shots (71%) and added two assists, helping Fox tie the program record for goals in a single game. She also won six draw controls while forcing five caused turnovers in the process.

Olson-Uderitz helped the Blues to two road wins over the weekend to remain in contention for a conference title. She had 3 CTs and 4 GBs against a strong Willamette team and 5 CTs, 4 GBs, and an assist on a fast break against Lewis & Clark.
