The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Women’s Lacrosse for the week of April 21st through April 27th.
Women’s Lacrosse- Offense- Student-Athlete of the Week
Campbell Vincent I A I Whitworth | JR | Snoqualmie, Wash. | Mount Si
Campbell finished off the season by scoring 15 goals and adding 7 assists in a pair of wins. On Friday afternoon she broke her own school records for goals and points in a game with 9 and 12, respectively. On Sunday Campbell matched her career-high with four assists. She ended the season with new school records for goals (75) and points (101). She finished as the conference leader in total goals and goals per game (4.41).
Women’s Lacrosse- Defense- Student-Athlete of the Week
Kayla Jones I GK I Whitworth | SO | San Clemente, Calif. | San Clemente
Kayla allowed one goal and made four saves in 90 total minutes of play over the weekend. On Friday she played all 60 minutes, giving up a single goal while making three saves. On Sunday Kayla posted a shutout over the final 30 minutes of the game, making one save.
