The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Women’s Soccer for the week of September 17th through September 23rd.
Women’s Soccer- Offense- Student-Athlete of the Week
Celeste Schreifels I F I Lewis & Clark | SR | Newbury Park, Calif. | Agoura
Schreifels scored her second hat trick in three games to account for all three of Lewis & Clark's goals in their 2024 Northwest Conference opener. The senior scored three goals in just over a 40-minute span to help the Pioneers defeat host Willamette 3-0 in their lone game of the week. With her three goals, Schreifels has now posted all nine of her goals in the past four games and leads the NWC in goals (nine), points (18) and game-winning tallies (three). She also moved into a tie for first-place in program history with 74 career points.
Women’s Soccer- Defense- Student-Athlete of the Week
Emily Robey I GK I George Fox | SO | Huntington Beach, Calif. | Edison
Robey had a fantastic performance this weekend, with 13 total saves on 36 shots faced. Despite facing a barrage of shots, she only let in one goal the entire weekend, also helping the Bruins to keep a clean sheet against Whitworth on Saturday. This clean sheet is her fourth of the season through six games of work.
