Leah Barnes I M I Whitman | SO | Eagle, Idaho | Eagle High School
Barnes helped the Blues to a 2-0 weekend. She had a hand in four of her team's six goals in a 6-0 win over Lewis & Clark on Sunday and tallied two goals and two assists– each stat coming in the second half.
Women’s Soccer- Defense- Student-Athlete of the Week
Katelyn McDougal I D I Pacific Lutheran | JR | Wilsonville, Ore. | Wilsonville
McDougal anchored a defense that allowed just nine total shots all weekend and only four on goal in a pair of road victories. McDougal played in 84 minutes of PLU's 4-1 win over George Fox, limiting the Bruins to just three shots on goal. The following day, McDougal played all 90 minutes in a 2-0 victory that saw Pacific take just three shots and only one on goal.
