Women’s Tennis - Student-Athlete of the Week
Nana Vang I Whitman | SO | Eden Praire, Minn. | The Blake School
Vang helped Whitman gain two wins over the weekend against Linfield and Pacific. She went undefeated in doubles (2-0) and singles (2-0) with all matches played on the No. 1 court.
Men’s Tennis - Student-Athlete of the Week
Zach Moore I George Fox | JR | Turner, Ore. | Cascade
Moore went unbeaten over the weekend to help secure the Bruins’ third straight win. The Oregon native swept both of his doubles matches against Willamette and Puget Sound on the No. 1 court, winning 6-0, 6-0 in each match with partner Ikuho Ebisu. He went on to play the No. 1 singles matches in both contests, defeating Willamette 6-2, 6-2. Against Puget Sound, he won the first set 6-2 and, after being tested in the second, edged out a 6-4 victory to close out the weekend.
