The Whitman Blues have claimed the top spot in the 2025 Northwest Conference (NWC) men’s tennis preseason poll, earning 46 total points and securing five first-place votes from conference head coaches. This early endorsement positions the Blues as strong contenders for the upcoming NWC title.
Following closely, the defending NWC champions, George Fox garnered 43 points and two first place votes. Lewis & Clark ranked third with 36 points and one first place finish, narrowly edging out Pacific, who earned 33 points. In fifth, Whitworth scored 25 points. Rounding out the poll, Linfield received 21 points, Puget Sound earned 13 points, and Willamette secured 7 points.
This season will culminate with the NWC Men’s Tournament, scheduled for April 19-20, 2025, hosted by the regular season champion.
