The Pirates, who enter the season as defending champions, earned eight of the nine first-place votes and a total of 64 points in the poll.
Puget Sound, coming off a strong previous season, is projected to challenge Whitworth, collecting the remaining first-place vote and finishing second with 54 points. Whitman rounds out the top three with 50 points, signaling a competitive battle among the conference’s leaders.
Linfield (40 points), Pacific Lutheran (32 points), Lewis & Clark (31 points), Willamette (26 points), George Fox (19 points), and Pacific (8 points) all earned recognition in the poll, highlighting the depth and talent across the conference.
The regular season NWC schedule will begin on Friday, October 31st as teams work towards the 2025-26 Northwest Conference Swimming Championships, scheduled for February 2026.
