Women’s Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week
Kaylie McCracken | Whitman | SR | F | Loleta, CA | Arcata High School
Led the No. 6 Blues to 2 wins on the weekend to improve to a perfect 12-0 in conference...scored a season-high 26 points to go along with a team-high nine rebounds on Friday against Pacific...delivered game highs of 21 points and eight rebounds in only 21 minutes the next night in a dominant 82-45 win over Linfield.
Men’s Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week
Jordan Thomas | Pacific Lutheran | SR | G | Chehalis, WA | W.F. West
Averaged 22.0 ppg, 6.5 rpg, and 5.0 assists per game over the weekend, helping the Lutes pick up a pair of road wins to force a tie atop the NWC standings. Thomas had 22 points and seven assists in a 102-91 win over Willamette on Friday before scoring 22 points and grabbing eight rebounds in a win over George Fox for the Lutes' fifth straight win.
