Abby Jarvis joined the Northwest Conference in November 2022 and currently serves as Associate Commissioner.

In her role, Jarvis oversees the planning and administration of Northwest Conference championships while supporting the conference's governance, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day operations. She works closely with member institutions to coordinate championship logistics, manage conference awards, facilitate committee operations, and support conference policies and initiatives that enhance the student-athlete experience. She serves as the conference liaison for multiple sports and is the Northwest Conference's designated Senior Woman Administrator, Senior Compliance Administrator, and Sports Information Director.

Beyond her conference responsibilities, Jarvis serves as a member of the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships Committee. She also serves on the Division III Assistant Commissioner Group (D3ACG) Executive Board for the 2024–28 term and is serving as chair during the 2026–27 academic year.

Prior to joining the Northwest Conference, Jarvis served as Assistant Athletic Director for Finance and Graduate Assistant Swim & Dive Coach at Carthage College during the 2021–22 academic year.

A native of Pataskala, Ohio, Jarvis earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she was a four-year member of the women's swimming and diving team. During her time at Ohio Wesleyan, she also served as the team's recruiting coordinator and represented student-athletes as a member of the Ohio Wesleyan Athletic Council.
