Abby Jarvis was named Assistant Commissioner at the Northwest Conference in November 2022.

Jarvis begins her stint with the NWC following a position as Assistant Athletic Director of Finance at Carthage College and Graduate Assistant Swim and Dive Coach at Carthage college for the 2021-2022 season.

While earning her undergraduate degree in business management from Ohio Wesleyan University, she competed for the women's swim team and served as the swim team recruiting coordinator and Ohio Wesleyan Athletic Council member. She is a native to Pataskala, Ohio.
