Erik Olson (Linfield, Sr./F South Strattford, Vt./Hanover) averaged 23 points a game in two key wins last week to carry the Wildcats to their first playoff appearance since 2001. His week included a career-high 27 points versus Pacific in the season finale. He also set the Linfield single-season record for 3-point field goals with 62, including 11 for 19 in that department last week. Olson shot 57 percent from the field and 3-point line as well 75 percent at the free throw line.

Cameron Mitchell (Willamette, Jr./Post Portland, Ore./Univ. of Redlands) recorded two double-doubles during the week, while shooting 65.0% from the field (13 of 20). He scored 16 points in both games, as Willamette defeated Pacific and Lewis & Clark. Mitchell averaged 16.5 rebounds per game, earning 15 versus Pacifc and 18 against L&C. He also had six blocked shots, three steals and two assists during the week. For the season, Mitchell ranks third in the NWC in scoring with 16.8 points per game and leads the conference in rebounding with 11.5 boards per game.

Antwan Williams (Puget Sound, Sr./G Portland, Ore./Madison) averaged over 20 points per game and shot 50% from behind the three point arc in the Loggers two wins to set a new school record with 14 straight wins. Williams added seven assists and four blocks to his weekly totals and was perfect from the free throw line.

Kyler McClary (Willamette, Sr./Post Hillsboro, Ore./Glencoe) averaged 20.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game this week. He shot 65.2% on field goals (15 of 23) and was 81.8% at the line (9 of 11). He scored 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds against Linfield. He added 18 points and five rebounds in a win against Pacific Lutheran. McClary increased his career scoring to 995 points.

Cody Tesoro (Linfield, Jr./G Kahului, Hawaii/Baldwin) averaged 19.5 points and 3.0 rebounds as Linfield won two NWC games on the road last week. His week included a game- and career-high 23 points at Pacific. Tesoro shot 57 percent from the field and 44 percent from 3-point territory and added 3 steals to his weekly totals.

David Riley (Whitworth, So./G Palo Alto, Calif./Gunn) tied his own school record with 8 three-pointers, all in the first half, in the game against PLU, helping the Pirates take a 57-14 halftime lead. His 37 points was a career high, topping his previous high of 34 in this season's opener against Brockport State. For the weekend Riley averaged 25.5 points, 5 rebounds and shot over 40% from behind the arc.

Chris Faidley (Whitman, Sr./G Shoreline, Wash./King's) matched his single-game career high with 42 points at Linfield. In three games, Faidly made all but one of his 20 free throws, shot over 50 percent from the floor and had just one turnover. Faidley averaged 29.7 points per game this week and became just the sixth player in the history of Whitman basketball to score 1,500 career points.

Cameron Mitchell (Willamette, Jr./P Portland, Ore./Grant) earned two double-doubles to lead Willamette to a 2-0 record. Willamette has now won five games in a row. Mitchell scored 24 points and grabbed 19 rebounds against Southern Oregon in a 95-81 win. He added 25 points and 11 rebounds at Pacific Lutheran in an 88-70 victory. Mitchell shot 52.9% from the field. For the season, Mitchell is averaging 21.9 points and 12.3 rebounds per game.

K.C. Wiser (Linfield, So./C Tigard, Ore./Tigard) averaged 18.5 points in two games last week while shooting 56 percent from the field and 81 percent from the line. Wiser also recorded a double-double vs. Corban and made three blocks during the week.

Brandon Shaw (Whitman, Fr./G Dallas, Texas/Colleyville Heritage) , helped lead Whitman into the championship game at the 61st Annual Lee Fulmer Tournament at Redlands. He averaged 18 points in three games, shooting 54 percent from the floor, while also collecting 11 rebounds, 11 steals and 10 assists. With Whitman trailing Claremont 60-49 with eight minutes left in Saturday's tournament championship game, Shaw contributed 12 points, two assists and a steal down the stretch as Whitman came within just one point of catching the Stags.

Chris Faidley (Whitman, Sr./G Shoreline, Wash./King's) was named Most Valuable Player of the San Antonio Shootout after averaging 29 points and 7.0 rebounds as Whitman split a pair of games. Hitting eight 3-pointers, Faidley scored 36 points in 37 minutes against Olivet. He leads the NWC in both scoring at 24.5 points per game and 3-point baskets at 4.5 per game. Faidley also moved into eighth place on Whitman's all-time scoring list, boosting his career total to 1,307 points.

Nov. 24
David Riley (Whitworth, So./G Palo Alto, Calif./Gunn) was named MVP of the Johns Hopkins Blue Jay Invitational. He scored a tournament-record 34 points in the first round win over Brockport St. (21-8 last year and a SUNYAC favorite). He scored 11 straight points for the Pirates late in the second half of Whitworth's win over JHU to give Whitworth a ten point lead. Riley also racked up eleven rebounds over the two games.
