Honorable Mention: Lindsey Wagstaff (Whitworth, MB) totaled 32 kills, 29 digs and five blocks in two wins; Jill Huber (Whitman, MB) had 45 kills, 36 digs and 11 blocks in a road split; Shelly Schultens (George Fox, MB) collected 32 kills, eight digs and nine blocks in two matches; Shasta Cummings (Pacific, OH) registered 31 kills and 24 digs as the Boxers split a pair; Lindsay Harksen (Linfield, OH) finished with 31 kills and 13 digs in two losses; Audrey Dilling (L&C, MB) had 19 kills in two Pioneer losses.

NWC Player of the Week: Nicole Weedman (Whitworth, Sr.., S, Yakima, Wash.) helped the Pirates clinch the NWC title with two NWC wins by recording 89 assists (12.7 per game) and adding 33 digs and four aces.
Honorable Mention: Karen Elmgren (UPS, MB) led the Loggers to a pair of wins with 27 kills, 15 digs and six blocks; Shelly Schultens (George Fox, MB) totaled 41 kills and 23 blocks in three matches; Jill Huber (Whitman, MB) finished with 25 kills, six aces and three blocks in two matches; Andrea Beck (Linfield, OH) collected 22 kills and 26 digs in two matches; Holly Nottingham (PLU, MB) had 18 kills and seven blocks in two matches; Shasta Cummings (Pacific, OH) totaled 23 kills and 15 digs in two losses.

Honorable Mention: Julie Weatherred (Whitworth, OH) hit .303 with 31 kills and 35 digs in two wins; Lindsay Harksen (Linfield, OH) had 27 kills, four aces and ten total blocks in two wins; Nicole Bostic (George Fox, OH) led the Bruins to two wins with 26 kills and 40 digs; Denise Kirstein (Whitman, OH) finished with 23 kills and 37 digs in two losses; Ashley Zerr (L&C, S) totaled 65 assists and 23 digs in two losses.

Honorable Mention: Mindi Cotner (George Fox, S) recorded 70 assists and 27 digs as the Bruins won two matches; Stephanie Turner (PLU, OH) had 32 kills and 12 digs as the Lutes went 1-1; Rachel Larson (Pacific, OH) finished with 25 kills, 25 digs and four aces as the Boxers went 1-1; Megan Kanaga (Whitman) totaled 55 kills and 40 digs as the Missionaries went 0-3; Krista Gardiner (Linfield, OH) had 17 kills and 16 digs for the Wildcats.

NWC Player of the Week: Adriene Ougendal (UPS, Jr., OH, Portland, Ore.) hit .371 with 46 kills, seven aces, 32 digs and 6 block assists to lead the Loggers past NWC contenders Linfield and George Fox.
Honorable Mention: Michelle Etter (Whitworth, MB) had 20 kills, 13 digs and 3 block assists in the Pirates' win at Willamette; Jenne Heu-Weller (PLU, S) totaled 89 assists, 35 digs, 13 kills and 3 assists as PLU went 2-1; Lindsay Harksen (Linfield, OH) had 35 kills, 1 solo block and 10 block assists at the ‘Cats went 2-1; Kristen Halleck (Willamette, OH) finished with 37 kills and 42 digs as Willamette went 1-1.
Sept. 15
NWC Player of the Week: Michelle Etter (Whitworth, Sr., MB, Spokane, Wash.) was named the MVP of the Whitman Invitational. In her two counting matches she hit .432 (24 kills) and added 11 digs and three aces.
Honorable Mention: Heather Johnson (PLU, MB) hit .500 (21 kills) and had two aces and two blocks in the win over Evergreen State; Jill Huber (Whitman, MB) finished with 47 kills, 10 blocks, 18 digs and six aces as the Missionaries went 1-2 at their invitational; Rachel Larson (Pacific, OH) recorded 21 kills and two aces in three losses.
Sept. 8
NWC Player of the Week: Andrea Beck (Linfield, Jr., OH, Canby, Ore.) was named MVP of the Colorado College Tournament after leading the ‘Cats to a first place (4-0) finish. She hit .351 with 49 kills, 35 digs and 3 aces.
Honorable Mention: Mindi Cotner (George Fox, S) was named to the all-tournament team at the Whitworth Invite for dishing out 145 assists (10.4 apg) and adding 69 digs and 15 kills; Karen Elmgren (UPS, MH) was named all-tournament at Whitworth after recording 61 kills (hitting .500), 14 aces and 23 digs; Julie Weatherred (Whitworth, OH) had 55 kills and 49 digs to earn an all-tournament selection; Jill Huber (Whitman, MB) led the Missionaries to a 4-1 week by hitting .409 (3.28 kpg) and adding 29 blocks and 8 aces.
