Boehme completed 82 percent of his passes while throwing for five touchdowns for the second straight game. He played only the first two quarters plus the first series of the third quarter as Linfield built a 48-7 lead. Boehme passed 313 yards in the first half and 374 for the game.

Tkachuk recorded five tackles, including a ½ sack and returned an interception 22 yards for a touchdown. Linfield’s first team defense held PLU to 84 yards in the first half before inserting the reserves in the second half.

NOVEMBER 10

Schoettgen caught nine passes for 135 yards and tied a school record by scoring four TDs for the Bearcats. His touchdowns were achieved on a three-yard catch in the first quarter, two six-yard receptions in the second quarter and a 34-yard catch in the third quarter. The nine catches were a career high for Schoettgen.

Laurence put together one of the Pioneers career best offensive performances in a win against Crown College, while shattering his own career rushing and passing records. He threw for 181 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for over 200 yards and two touchdowns.

Foote scored 21 of the Pioneers 57 points in their victory over Crown College, setting a new career record for most field goals attempted and made. He hit all five of his field goal attempts and all six of his extra points. Counting his 11 kickoffs, he swung his left leg 22 times in one game alone.

Greg broke his own school record with 13 catches for 292 receiving yards in PLU’s loss at Gustavus Adolphus. The former record was 272 yards last year against Lewis & Clark. He also came within one reception of tying the PLU single-game receptions record and within one touchdown reception of tying his own school record of five touchdown catches last year against L&C.

Pineda was Willamette’s leading tackler in the Bearcats’ win over Whitworth. He earned 11 total tackles, including team highs of six solo tackles and five assists. He stole the ball from Whitworth and scored on the fumble recovery (14 yards) to give Willamette a 14-0 lead with 4:22 left in the first quarter. He also registered one sack. He is Willamette’s leading tackler for the season with 45 total stops.
