Keith & Kramer Named NWC Men’s Track & Field Student-Athletes of the Week

The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Men’s Track & Field for the week of March 3rd through March 9th.

Men’s Track - Student-Athlete of the Week
Avery Keith I 400m I Puget Sound | JR | Snohomish, Wash. | Snohomish

Keith raced well in the Ed Boitano Invite this weekend, running the 400m dash for the Loggers. He ran an impressive time of 48.20, winning the event by beating out a total of seven Division II athletes. His time was the third fastest time in Puget Sound history, as he took home the victory on his home track.

Men’s Field - Student-Athlete of the Week
Seth Kramer I Jumps I Pacific Lutheran | SR | Wylie, Tex. | Wylie

Kramer jumped a personal best 23 feet, 0 ¾ inches in the long jump on Saturday, placing second overall and was the top D3 competitor at the Ed Boitano Invitational. Kramer's mark is the best in D3 this season and is 12 inches better than the next best NWC jumper. His mark additionally ranks 11th on PLU's all-time performance list.
