The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Women’s Track & Field for the week of March 24th through March 30th.

Women’s Track - Student-Athlete of the Week
Ally Hammond I Sprints I Pacific | SR | Forest Grove, Ore. | Forest Grove

Hammond ran the second fastest time (13.60) in the 100-meter hurdles in D-III history Saturday at the Pacific Open. She is currently No. 1 in the 100 hurdles in all of D-III.

Women’s Field - Student-Athlete of the Week
Amblessed Okemgbo I Throws I George Fox | SR | Medical Lake, Wash. | Medical Lake

Okemgbo was a double-winner at Puget Sound's Peyton-Shotwell Invitational. She won the shot put with a mark of 43'-7.25" (13.29m) and won the discus with a distance of 152'-5" (46.47m).
