Baseball- Pitcher - Student-Athlete of the Week
Logan Egge I P I Pacific Lutheran | JR | Bothell, Wash. | Bothell
Egge made two relief appearances on the road and registered two extra inning wins for the Lutes, helping PLU earn the series win at Pacific. Eggs threw 4 ? innings between the two games, allowing just one hit and striking out two while allowing no runs. His efforts helped the Lutes win a pair of 11-inning games by 7-6 scores.
Baseball- Player - Student-Athlete of the Week
Bret Potter I CF/P I Lewis & Clark | JR | Santa Clarita, Calif. | West Ranch
Potter went 8-18 (.444) on the week and posted five runs and five RBI during a 3-1 week for Lewis & Clark. The junior center fielder hit one home run, stole a base and threw out one runner at home plate. Potter posted multiple hits and at least one run in all three games against Whitman College and all five runs and RBI in the three-game sweep of the Blues. The junior went 2-4 with a run scored, four RBI and the game-winning RBI in a 7-6 win over Whitman in the opener on Saturday. He added two hits and two runs scored in game two (9-3) and notched three hits, two runs and an RBI in a 12-10 comeback in game three.
