Badger & Kremer Named NWC Volleyball Student-Athletes of the Week

The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Women’s Volleyball for the week of September 16th through September 22nd.

Volleyball - Offense - Student-Athlete of the Week
Maddie Badger I MB I Puget Sound | SO | Santa Clara, Calif. | Lynbrook

Badger had an impressive weekend to open conference play. She averaged 4.57 kills/set, and recorded a hitting percentage of .609, which are both conference-leading numbers. She had 17 kills and only one error against George Fox, and wrapped up her weekend with 15 kills in three sets against Lewis and Clark. She also added seven total blocks in two games, an ace, and five digs to round out her stellar performance.

Lauren Kremer I MB I Whitworth | JR | Snoqualmie, Wash. | Mount Si

The NWC's leader in blocks per set this season, Kremer added to her total with a strong blocking weekend.  She had five in a 3-0 win over Pacific (2 solo, 3 assists) and three more assists in a 3-1 win over Willamette.  Her total of eight blocks in seven sets added to her league-leading average of 1.08 in 2025.
