The George Fox Bruins are expected to continue their dominance on the course this fall, entering the 2025 season as the preseason favorite in Northwest Conference men’s cross country. The Bruins, winners of six straight NWC titles, earned six first-place votes and 62 points in the coaches’ poll.
Whitworth was close behind in second with three first-place votes and 59 points, while Whitman secured third with 47 points. Lewis & Clark (45) and Puget Sound (35) rounded out the top five, followed by Willamette (30), Pacific (19), Pacific Lutheran (17), and Linfield (10).
This year’s NWC Cross Country Championships will be hosted by Pacific Lutheran University on November 1 at the PLU Meadows XC Course in Tacoma, Washington.
