Walla Walla, Wash. – George Fox University captured the women’s team title at the 2025 Northwest Conference Women’s Golf Spring Classic, held at Wine Valley Golf Course.
The Bruins led wire-to-wire, finishing with a team score of 292-295—587. Whitman placed second with a total of 309-311—620, followed by Pacific (631), Whitworth (634), Lewis & Clark (674), Puget Sound (680), Pacific Lutheran (692), and Linfield (710). Willamette did not field a complete team.
Reigning Fall Classic champion Alison Takamiya of George Fox continued her dominance, claiming the individual title with rounds of 74 and 71 for a 145 (+1). Teammates Makensie Toole (73-74—147), Liana Brown (72-76—148), and Ainsley Carter (76-74—150) swept the next three spots. Stacia Sarty of Whitworth rounded out the top five with a 76-77—153.

The 2025 NWC Golf Championship is set for April 20–21 at Michelbook Country Club in McMinnville, Oregon, hosted by Linfield University.
