Men’s Track - Student-Athlete of the Week
Aidan Arthur I Distance I George Fox | SR | Corvallis, Ore. | Corvallis
Arthur put together the best 800m performance of his career, downing several Division II runners with a 1:50.97 at the John Knight Invite. Arthur's time, second in George Fox history, was not only a PR, but eighth-best in Division III. The senior's time was nearly two seconds better than his closest NWC competition and sits as the best time in the conference.
Men’s Field - Student-Athlete of the Week
James King I Jumps I George Fox | JR | Bend, Ore. | Mountain View
King had a season-best mark in the high jump at the D-II John Knight Invite, winning the event by nearly nine inches. The junior jumped a mark of 6-09.00, a mark that is not only tied for number four in the nation, but over five inches better than any NWC competitor has jumped this season.
