Women’s Track - Student-Athlete of the Week
Addisen Hering I Sprints/Hurdles I Pacific Lutheran | FR | Port Orchard, Wash. | Gig Harbor
Hering won two events on Friday at the PLU Invite. The first-year won the 100-meter hurdles in 15.79, a time that's the 12th fastest in D3 this season before winning the 4x400-meter relay in 4:29.00. Was also a part of the 4x100-meter relay that finished second (54.04).
Women’s Field - Student-Athlete of the Week
Kyleigh Archer I Jumps I Pacific Lutheran | SO | Spokane, Wash. | Shadle Park
Archer won both the long and triple jumps on Friday at the PLU Invitational. Jumped a personal best 36' 10 ¼" to win the triple jump. It's a mark that ties for the seventh best jump in PLU’s history and is the fifth best jump in D3 this outdoor season. Archer also led 16' 1 ½" in the long jump, a mark that ranks 35th in D3 this spring. She was also on the 4x100-meter relay team that clocked a winning time of 52.51.
