Men’s Golf - Student-Athlete of the Week
Joonho Moon I Lewis & Clark | FR | Valencia, Calif. | West Ranch
Moon finished second out of 22 golfers on Saturday at the Langdon Tri Meet. The first year posted a 72 (+1) to finish just one stroke behind individual champion: David Harvey of Corban University (NAIA). The tournament was reduced to 18 holes, after heavy rain fell in the Portland area on Sunday - forcing the final 18 holes to be rained out.
Women’s Golf - Student-Athlete of the Week
Ahika Jani I Lewis & Clark | FR | Mumbai, India | Utpal Shanghvi
Jani earned her first collegiate victory after finishing first out of 13 golfers on Saturday at the Langdon Tri Meet. The first year posted a score of 82 (+10), to finish one stroke ahead of teammate Evie Denton (+13). As a team, Lewis & Clark finished just one stroke behind NAIA Corban University. The tournament was reduced to 18 holes, after heavy rain fell in the Portland area on Sunday - forcing the final 18 holes to be rained out.
