Women’s Basketball - Student-Athlete of the Week
Korin Baker I F | Whitman | SR | Waucanda, Wash. | Curlew
Baker put up two sensational double doubles in two wins this past week to close the season. She put up 21 points and 11 rebounds against Whitworth, and went a perfect 8-8 from the floor. Baker closed the season with a 21-point, 15-rebound effort at Linfield. Her 15 rebound effort was a team season high, and all point/rebound totals were game highs.
Men’s Basketball - Student-Athlete of the Week
Momo Stokes I G | George Fox | SR | San Diego, Calif. | Bonita Vista
Stokes ended his storied career at George Fox in a way only he could: a 25 point performance in 67% shooting in his final game. The senior guard averaged 21.5 on 42-50-89 splits for the weekend to end his season as the conference's top scorer. Stokes chipped in four assists and four rebounds in a win against Puget Sound, and scored 18 points against Lewis & Clark.
