The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Swimming for the week of November 4th through November 10th.
Women’s Swimming - Student-Athlete of the Week
Lelia Ollenburg I Puget Sound | SO | Hoodsport, Wash. | Oasis
Ollenburg had a great meet against Lewis & Clark this weekend, breaking a school record and placing atop the NWC in two events. Their 23.50 split in the 200 medley relay (Freestyle) broke a Logger record, their 24.55 time in the 50 free is the best in the NWC, and their 59.52 finish in the 100 fly also tops the conference.
Men’s Swimming - Student-Athlete of the Week
Anderson Bennett I Puget Sound | FR | Manhattan Beach, Calif. | Mira Costa
Bennett had a great weekend against Lewis & Clark, swimming a top-15 time in the nation in the 100 Breaststroke, reaching the wall in 56.92. This is both a top time in the NWC and up in the top nationally. He also led the Loggers' 200 Medley team to a win against Lewis & Clark as well.
