McNabb, Hale, & Kinch Named NWC Football Student-Athletes of the Week

The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Football for the week of November 4th through November 10th.

Football - Offense - Student-Athlete of the Week
Luke McNabb I QB I Linfield | JR | Scappoose, Ore. | Scappoose

McNabb threw for 313-yards and seven touchdowns on just 19 completions, in just the first half of a 77-14 win at Puget Sound. His seven passing touchdowns is tied for the most in a single game in Division III, and is the most by a Wildcat QB since 2019. The Junior also rushed three times for 30-yards, totaling 343 all-purpose yards in the first half. 

Football - Defense- Student-Athlete of the Week
Jackson Hale I LB | Pacific Lutheran | JR | Mead, Wash. | Mount Spokane

Hale had seven tackles, a quarterback hurry, and a pick six in a 46-36 road win over Lewis & Clark. Hale intercepted a Pio pass in the first quarter, rumbling 40-yards to the end zone to make it 30-7 with five minutes left in the opening half. 


Football - Special Teams - Student-Athlete of the Week
Brock Kinch I RB I Pacific Lutheran | SO | Washtucna, Wash. | Lind-Ritzville

Kinch blocked the opening punt of the game and returned it 40-yards for a touchdown in PLU's road win over Lewis & Clark. It was one of two special teams touchdowns on the day for the Lutes.
