The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Golf for the week of September 16th through September 25th.

Solis shot a two-round tally of 143 at the season-opening Orange & Black Tournament, good for one under par and tied for second place. His efforts helped the Lutes finish third overall at the 11-team event that featured all nine conference schools. Solis was remarkably consistent, shooting a one under 71 on Monday and an even par 72 on Tuesday.

Makensie Toole I George Fox | 5th | Newcastle, NSW, Australia | Belmont Christian

Toole was the top-finishing Division III player at the D-II Saint Martin's Invitational, placing on the podium in third place. The fifth-year senior totaled six birdies for the tournament, three in each round, and finished off her tournament with nine straight pars. Toole shot a 74 (+2) on day one and a 71 (-1) on day two — becoming one of just four players to shoot a round under par — to help the Bruins finish in a tie for second place. As a team, the Bruins were the top-placing American team, tying with the Canadian-based  UBC Okanagan and finishing behind tournament winner Simon Frasier.
