Volleyball - Offense - Student-Athlete of the Week
Amblessed Okemgbo I OH I Whitworth | JR | Medical Lake, Wash. | Medical Lake
Amblessed led Whitworth offensively at the Cal-Lu-Fornia Invitational. She averaged 3.1 kills per set over ten sets and hit a phenomenal .342. She currently leads the NWC in hitting percentage. The Pirates defeated Chapman (3-0) and Pomona-Pitzer (3-1) and fell to nationally-ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps to finish 8-2 in non-conference matches.

Piper Hilgaertner I Libero I George Fox | SR | Sherwood, Ore. | Sherwood
Hilgaertner had 30 digs in the Bruins' four-set match for an otherworldly 7.5 digs/set in the 3-1 win. In addition to her 30 digs, the grad student recorded five service aces.
