Baseball- Position Student-Athlete of the Week
Jeremy Sangalang I George Fox University | JR | INF I San Jose, Calif. | Archbishop Mitty
Sangalang helped guide his team to a thrilling series win over Whitworth, where the Bruins won two games in extra innings. The junior hit two home runs on Saturday, one in each game, and finished the series with seven hits, seven RBIs, one double, and six runs scored. Defensively, he totaled five put-outs in the series, including one of the final outs of Fox's 13-inning win over the Pirates, the second-longest game in program history.

Brady Joyner I Willamette University | RHP I JR | Las Vegas, Nev. | Shadow Ridge
Joyner earned saves and a 0.00 earned run average in Willamette's two 8-6 wins during a three-game sweep at Whitman. In the second game on Saturday, he pitched the final 1 2/3 scoreless innings and struck out 4 batters, while allowing one hit and two walks. In the final game of the series on Sunday, he pitched the final 2/3 of an inning. He struck out one batter, allowed one walk, and gave up one hit while securing the win. Brady leads the NWC with eight saves.
