Softball- Position Student-Athlete of the Week
Paola Garcia I Pacific Lutheran University | FR | Downey, Calif.| Warren
Hit .533 on the road, helping the Lutes earn the series win down at Willamette. Garcia had eight hits, including four going for extra bases with five RBIs and seven runs scored. That statline includes scoring a run in all four games and having three multi-hit games during the series, helping the Lutes pour on 42 runs in four games.
Softball- Pitcher Student-Athlete of the Week
Cassidy Conrad I Pacific Lutheran University | SR | Monroe, Wash.| Monroe
Pitched in all four games over the weekend, earning two wins in the circle in PLU's series victory over Willamette. Conrad had 10 strikeouts over the weekend, including five in complete game three-hitter on Sunday.
