HILLSBORO, Ore. - The Northwest Conference is proud to announce its Student-Athletes of the Week in Football for the week of October 9th through October 16th.
Football- Offense- Student-Athlete of the Week
Blake Eaton I QB I Linfield | JR | Central Point, Ore. | Crater
Junior Blake Eaton totaled a season-high 302 passing yards in Linfield's 41-13 win over George Fox on Oct. 14. Eaton threw for three scores and completed 26 of his 31 attempts. Eaton's performance helped the Wildcats clinch their 67th consecutive winning season.

Justin Hope I LB I Lewis & Clark | SR | Sacramento, Calif. | Capital Christian
Hope racked up 18 tackles to lead Lewis & Clark past Pacific for the first time since 2011. The senior linebacker recorded eight solo tackles, a fumble recovery, a pass breakup and a tackle-for-loss. His 18 tackles were nine more than any other player on the field and the most by a Pioneer since November 14, 2015. He leads the Pioneers with 21 solo tackles and 44 total tackles in six games this season.

Gavin Dalziel l I K | Linfield | JR | Brier, Wash. | Shorecrest
Junior Gavin Dalziel made all five of his extra point attempts and added two field goals in the Linfield 41-13 victory over George Fox. Dalziel's field goals came from 23 and 36 yards. Dalziel also tallied 344 kickoff yards on eight attempts. The Wildcats' victory over the Bruins secures Linfield's 67th consecutive winning season.
