Softball - Pitcher Student-Athlete of the Week
Cassidy Conrad | Pacific Lutheran | SR | P | Monroe, WA | Monroe
Conrad won both her starts over the weekend against nationally-ranked Linfield University as is now responsible for two of the Wildcats three losses in conference play. Conrad struck out five In six innings of work in a 6-5 win over the Cats to open the series before tossing a complete game in the series finale on Sunday, a 5-2 victory to secure a series split against 12th-ranked and 1st place Linfield.
Softball - Position Student-Athlete of the Week
Haley Montoya | Whitworth | SO | 2B | La Habra, CA | Sonora
Haley led Whitworth to a sweep of Willamette by hitting .533 (8-15) with two home runs, a triple and seven RBIs. She also scored six runs. Defensively she committed only one error in 25 defensive chances (.960). One of her home runs on Sunday was inside-the-park.
