Baseball - Pitcher Student-Athlete of the Week
Travis Miller | George Fox | JR | RHP | Burien, WA | JFK Catholic
Miller jumpstarted the Bruins in game two of their series victory against Pacific (Ore.) with six innings of shutout baseball, striking out six while holding the top-seeded Boxers silent for his entire start.
Baseball - Position Student-Athlete of the Week
Branden Pasion | Linfield | JR | 1B | Salida, CA | Joseph A. Gregori
Pasion batted .583 in Linfield's series win at Pacific Lutheran. He went 7 for 12 with four doubles and four RBI. Pasion went 2 for 4 with a double in Game 1 and 2 for 3 with an RBI single in Game 2. He went off in the finale, going 3 for 5 with three RBI doubles to help the Wildcats clinch a spot in the Northwest Conference tournament. Pasion leads the team with a .333 batting average and 10 doubles.
