Women’s Track Student-Athlete of the Week
Annalise Gonzales | George Fox | FR | 800 | Rocklin, CA | Rocklin
Annalise Gonzales finished fifth in the 800m at the L&C Spring Break Invite and was the top NWC finisher in the field, running it in 2:18.97. That time is second nationally and is also the best in the conference to date.
Women’s Field Student-Athlete of the Week
Payton Davidson & Alison Young | George Fox | JR | Pole Vault | Coos Bay, OR/Huntington Beach, CA | Coos Bay/Huntington
Payton Davidson and Alison Young both cleared 11-11.75 (3.65m) at the Oregon State PNW Invite in the pole vault to jump from eighth to fifth on the Bruins' all-time performance list. That mark leads the conference this season and is tied for second in the nation amongst DIII competitors.
