Football Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week
Jaedyn Prewitt | Whitworth | SR | QB | Monroe, WA | Monroe High School
Jaedyn completed 15 of 20 passes for 334 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in Saturday's win at Puget Sound. He also ran four times for 34 yards and a score. He played only the first half and the first possession of the second half.
Football Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week
Blake Rybar | Linfield | FR | LB | Monroe, WA | Monroe High School
Rybar led the Linfield defense with 11 tackles, nine solo, in a 38-7 win over George Fox. He had 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack and one QB hurry. The Bruins were limited to just one rushing yard on 27 attempts and 136 yards of total offense. They punted eight times and converted on 2 of 11 third down attempts.
Football Special Teams Student-Athlete of the Week
Collin Weires | Pacific | JR | Punter | Henderson, NV | Basic Academy
Collin Weires had a fantastic day as Pacific's punter, blasting a 69-yard punt while having four punts downed inside the 4-yard-line. The junior punted six times for a total of 247 yards (45.7-yard avg.), with two of those kicks over 50 yards. Weires' contributions were massive in the Boxers' 42-19 win over Lewis & Clark.
