NWC Cross Country Student-Athlete of the Week for Oct. 8-14

Thomas (22:23.68) finished first out of 75 runners at the Lewis & Clark Invitational.  She was nearly 30 seconds faster than the next competitor who was her own teammate. She ran a little under a minute faster than the next Northwest Conference competitor.
