NWC Volleyball Student-Athlete of the Week for October 17 - 23, 2011

Whitman, Sophomore
El Paso, Texas/Coronado HS
Davis, sidelined at times and slowed throughout the season by injury, hit .333 with a match-high 16 kills to spark Whitman to a four-set win over Willamette, its first triumph of the NWC season.  She also contributed 13 digs, three block assists and two service aces. She added a match-high 21 kills the next night as Whitman fell in five sets to Linfield.
