NWC Women's Golf Student-Athlete of the Week for Sept. 17 - 23

Morrison won both tournaments she competed in during the week, the prestigious O'Brien NIT in which all 10 teams were ranked in the pre-season top 15, and the Boxer Classic hosted by Pacific. She won both by a combined total of 17 strokes, averaging 73.5 shots per round during the week. The 2011-12 First Team All-American and runner-up for National Player of the Year, she shot a sub-par 70 on the first day of the Boxer Classic, and was 6-over-par for the whole week.
