Women

PIONEER SHOOTOUT: Morrison Medals Again as Bruins Finish 4th in CSUEB Tourney
Kelsey Morrison captured her fifth tournament championship in six tries thus far during the 2012-13 women’s golf season as the George Fox University Bruins slipped from third to fourth on the final day of the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout, hosted by California State University-East Bay, Sunday here at the Hiddenbrooke Country Club.

PLU Women Golfers Win Shortened Tournament
Pacific Lutheran carded a 365 to win the title at the PLU Invitational women's golf tournament held Sunday at Chambers Bay. The tournament, originally scheduled for two days, was shortened to a single day, 18-hole event. Only three teams entered the event and just two had enough golfers to compile team scores. In addition to PLU's 365, Puget Sound carded a 418. Linfield had a golfer withdraw and as a result had an incomplete score.

Lady Missionaries Open Season With Two Stroke Victory vs. College of Idaho
The Whitman College women's golf team opened their spring season on a strong note Saturday, a two stroke victory over a talented College of Idaho team.

Bearcats Finish First at Willamette Invitational
Led by a strong finish from Taneesh Kaur Sra (Fr., Fremont, CA/Mission San Jose HS), the Willamette University women's golf team won the team title at the Willamette Invitational, as the two-day event concluded on Sunday, March 3 at Illahe Hills Country Club.

Men

Bearcats Pass Wildcats for First Place at Willamette Invitational
The Willamette University men's golf team, led by exceptional play from Ryan Kukula (So., Ocean Park, WA/Ilwaco HS) and Jeffrey Lewis (So., Eugene, OR/Sheldon HS) on the second day of the Willamette Invitational, rallied past Linfield College to claim the team championship on Sunday, March 3.

Hegge Takes Home Top Honors as Lutes Win
The Pacific Lutheran University men's golf team won the team title at its own Lutes Invitational men's golf tournament today at the Home Course in Dupont.

After Hot Start, Linfield Tumbles to 12th
Seeing their first-round score droop by 21 strokes, the Linfield Wildcats fell from a fourth-place tie into 12th place after the Sunday’s final round of the Callaway Gardens Intercollegiate, a 19-team tournament contested at Mountainview Golf Club.
